FIT

A side effect of getting fit is losing weight. But losing weight doesn't necessarily mean you are fit.

  1. I gained 2 pounds in basic training. But I went from 2 pushup ability ro over 30 and took many a minute off my 2 mile run and actually dropped a couple of pants sizes. So I agree. I presently need to go back to basic training to reacquire above feats, but such is life, such is life . . .
